5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping options as detailed on our website. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. All Shipping for Raw Dog food must use next day courier delivery at checkout, unless using our local delivery service every wednesday.
All Raw food deliveries can not be taken back to the depot so please ensure someone is present to accept delivery before placing your order.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (apart from Raw Food), you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Return and Refund Policy for The Aces Pet & Working Dog Supplies

At The Aces Pet & Working Dog Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods (Raw pet food, and Raw natural treats) or personalized products, are not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at PetsuppliesAces@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your original invoice.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure they are returned safely.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
